Peppermint Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows

Weather: 4 degrees, clear, dark, and calm
What I’m listening to:
Glee Cast, Let it Snow

These jolly marshmallows are hot cocoa’s best friend. Dark chocolate paired with candy canes all on one handy little marshmallow… or a few. They are a perfect project to do with kids and would make another really fun food gift to give this season along with your favorite hot cocoa mix.

Some people enjoy putting these marshmallows on the end of stir-sticks for cute presentation, but I prefer my marshmallows floating at the top of my hot beverage for that Santa’s mustache effect when I sip my cocoa. However you gift them or enjoy them, they’re certain to be a whimsical favorite for young and old, putting a smile on everyone’s face. Have some friends and family over for building snowmen and hot cocoa by the fire and throw a few of these on top. Tis’ the season to be jolly!

Peppermint Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows

Prepare a baking sheet with wax paper.
