Ahhhhh…. Spring. Time for bright, fresh flavors and yummy Easter Brunch options. Enter: Sticky Lemon Rolls. A cousin of the famous cinnamon roll and pecan sticky bun, these springtime lemon rolls are tart and sweet and just bursting with juicy lemon flavor in every layer.
Count them 1-2- 3, three whole fresh lemons – zest and juice – in these cheery rolls, from the yeasty dough, to the sticky sugar filling, to the tart cream cheese glaze. It’s one sour-sweet lemon extravaganza. Pucker up, buttercup (name that movie…).
